Jinnah Block is the seventh block of Safari Garden Housing Scheme which has been launched in 2022. Earlier A, B, C, D, E and Iqbal Block was Launched. Only 3 Marla and 5 Marla Plots are offered in this block. Despite the increase in prices in the vicinity of Safari Garden Housing Scheme, we have decided not to increase the prices much for the convenience of the people. The objective of offering 3 Marla and 5 Marla in Jinnah Block is to facilitate the middle class.
Jinnah Block will also have all facilities that are available inthe earlier blocks Electricity, Gas, Parks, Mosques, Sewerage and water etc. Registration of this block is going on and you can get registrated only by paying down payment. A special feature of our housing scheme is that the installments will start only after balloting.

3 Marla Plot
Jinnah Block 3 Marla plot is the best option for low income people. Total price of 3 marla plot offered in Jinnah block is Rs.13,50,000. You have to pay this amount in 4 years easy installments. First you will pay a down payment of Rs.2,50,000 at the time of booking the plot. After paying the down payment for Jinnah Block Plot, balloting will take place in which you will be told your plot number. At the time of balloting you have to deposit Rs.1,00,000. This will start paying your installments next month.
Your monthly installment will be Rs.12,500 which you will have to pay for 44 Months. You have to deposit Rs.62,500 in every twelve month of every year. Safari Garden Housing Scheme will give you the possession of plot after one year of down payment. And at the time you have to pay Rs.2,00,000. You will have to pay Rs.1,00,000 per marla as development charges in the fifth year.
5 Marla Plot
Jinnah Block 5 Marla plot is the best option for low Middle income people. Total price of 5 marla plot offered in Jinnah block is Rs.21,00,000. You have to pay this amount in 4 years easy installments. First you will pay a down payment of Rs.3,50,000 at the time of booking the plot. After paying the down payment for Jinnah Block Plot, balloting will take place in which you will be told your plot number. At the time of balloting you have to deposit Rs.1,50,000. This will start paying your installments next month.
Your monthly installment will be Rs.20,000 which you will have to pay for 44 Months. You have to deposit Rs.1,00,000 in every twelve month of every year. Safari Garden Housing Scheme will give you the possession of plot after one year of down payment. And at the time you have to pay Rs.3,20,000. You will have to pay Rs.1,00,000 per marla as development charges in the fifth year.
